Wireless Mouse Problem Troubleshooting

I configured an IBM computer with wireless keyboard, wireless mouse and a wireless transmitter, and all work very well with me. But recently my mouse has no response after changing the battery. First, I do not know what is wrong with him, but what I am sure that my keyboard and mouse does not have mechanical problems. Then try to solve the problem.

Above all, I think I should check the battery installation. It 'been installed correctly andThe optical mouse of the LED is red, I can confirm that this device is working properly. But because my mouse still does not respond?

Then, with my keyboard, I go to Start - Control Panel - Hardware - Device Manager - mouse and other pointing devices, and to see my current pointing device, if it is an exclamation point too. Once again, everything seems as usual.

Thirdly, I look to connect all ports to ensure they are available and all cableshave been safely placed.

Finally, press the button for the wireless signal on the underside of the keyboard when the signal light flicker on the keyboard to press the button for the start signal is received on my mouse. After I perform this simple operation, the mouse begins to receive the wireless signal and the proper functioning again! The reason for this failure is that I have not pressed the keys on the keyboard and mouse in an orderly way, when I replaced thebattery.
